Muted
Muted is where the agent files mentions that are not conversations. Every muted post carries a reason, stays visible, and can be brought back into any track in one tap. Nothing is deleted.

Wrong entity
Another company or project that shares your name.
Directory
A listing, profile page, or catalogue entry.
Round-up
A list post that mentions you in passing.
Status page
Automated uptime or incident output.
Job post
Hiring and recruiting.
Off topic
Mentions the words, not your product.
Unmuting
Open the Muted track, pick a post, and choose the track it belonged in. The post moves, the mute reason clears, and the correction is recorded with your name and the track you picked. Those labelled corrections are the material the eval set uses to stop the same mistake repeating.
In the API and MCP
The stored value is still noise, so bucket=noise keeps working. Prefer bucket=muted, which is the accepted alias, and filter further with mute_reason.
