Work as a team
Developer conversations cross support, product, and sales. EarShots keeps one queue that all three can work without stepping on each other.
Invite teammates
Open Team and invite by email. Everyone in a workspace sees the same posts, drafts, and decisions. Seat count is set by your plan.
Assign and hand off
Assign a post to the person who should answer it, or use Hand to teammate from the review window when a buying signal belongs to an account owner. The assignee shows on the card, so nobody drafts the same reply twice.
Notes and history
Internal notes stay in EarShots and are never part of a reply. Every draft version, approval, assignment, and track change is recorded with a name and a time, which is what you want the first time someone asks why a reply went out the way it did.
Live updates
The queue updates as your team works. New posts appear during a sync, and an edit by a teammate shows up without a refresh.
Multiple workspaces
Run one workspace per product. Switch with the workspace menu in the header. Each carries its own sources, docs, team, and plan limits. Starter includes one workspace, Growth includes several.
