Plans and limits
Your plan sets how many workspaces, tracked products, and seats you get, how often sources refresh, and how many posts EarShots pulls each month.
What each plan includes
Starter includes one workspace and up to two tracked products. Growth includes one workspace and up to five tracked products. Enterprise includes unlimited workspaces and tracked products.
Starter and Growth can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is 10% below the total cost of twelve monthly payments.

Billing is the source of truth for current plan pricing and checkout. The public pricing page reflects the same plan catalog. Enterprise is quoted after a demo.
How limits behave
When you reach a limit, EarShots tells you which one and what it would take to lift it. It does not delete anything or silently stop listening mid month. Monthly pull counts reset with your billing period.
Upgrading, downgrading, and cancelling
Change plans from Billing. Plan changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops listening. Your workspaces, posts, drafts, and history stay in place, so restarting later picks up where you left off.
Failed payments
If a card fails, your workspace keeps running while the provider retries. You will see a billing notice in the app with a link to update the card.
