Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with EarShots, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email support@earshots.dev and we will process it for you.

Refunds apply to the most recent charge. After the 14-day window, you can still cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
