Stats reports your own performance and competitor insights from the same boxes, so the two are easy to read side by side.

What you see

Volume, channel mix, and response time.

Volume and channels

Mentions by day, by channel, and by track, filtered by workspace and time window.

Response time

Median time from post to approved reply, plus drafts approved and the muted rate with its reason mix.

How it works

What each number means.

Volume is mentions after muting. Response time is measured from post to approved reply. Muted rate is shown with its reason mix, so a rising wrong-entity count tells you to add an exclusion. Windows: 7, 30, and 90 days.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I export Stats?

Yes, as a file you can attach to a weekly update.

How far back does history go?

Seven, thirty, and ninety day windows, filterable by workspace and channel.

Are muted items counted in volume?

No. Volume counts mentions after muting, and muted items are shown separately with their reasons.

Can I share a Stats view outside my workspace?

Export the view and share the file. Stats itself stays scoped to your workspace.
