Review the target and cost before a lookup

  • Start from an exact LinkedIn profile, or a mention with an explicit author profile. A name alone is not enough.
  • Review the credit estimate and confirm that lookup. Profile enrichment does not automatically request email.
  • Read saved contacts, search by name, role or company, filter by network, and export the current results.
  • Request work email separately for eligible LinkedIn contacts. Missing employer information or an unverifiable address can mean no email result.

Credit packs

  • Growth Pack: 500 credits for $100. Up to 500 profiles, or 83 profiles with work email.
  • Scale Pack: 2,500 credits for $400. Up to 2,500 profiles, or 416 profiles with work email.
  • A profile lookup costs 1 credit. A verified work email costs 5 credits.
  • Lookups with no usable match and profiles enriched in the last 30 days cost nothing. Credits don't expire.
  • Enterprise volume is priced per team as usage scales.

The same workspace from your tools

MCP tools and CLI commands use the same estimate, confirmation and status flow as the app. The REST API reads saved contacts with an explicit contacts:read permission. REST does not initiate paid enrichment. Reads remain available when new lookups are disabled.

Common questions

How much does Listen Enrich cost?

Credit packs start at 500 credits for $100. The 2,500 credit pack is $400. A profile lookup uses 1 credit and a verified work email uses 5. Lookups with no match are free.

How do I turn on Listen Enrich?

Buy a credit pack from the Listen Enrich page in the app. Enrichment turns on for that workspace once payment confirms. Saved contacts stay readable without credits.

Does every profile return an email?

No. Email is a separate action and currently requires an eligible saved LinkedIn identity and employer information. Only verified results are presented as verified work email.

Does EarShots contact the person?

No. Enrichment saves context. It does not send messages or post replies, and it never accepts provider terms on your behalf.
