How it works
A launch is a filter with a clock attached. EarShots reads every mention that names your product inside the window, applies the same classification the rest of the workspace uses, and reports the tally. Posts that arrive after the window closes are still in Insights, they just are not part of this read.

What counts as part of a launch?
A public post that names your product and lands inside the window you set. The window starts at the launch date and time you entered and runs for the length you picked.
What happens when the window closes?
The read stays in the workspace with its posts. Later mentions still appear in Insights, they are not added to that launch's tally.
Does EarShots announce the launch or reply to anyone?
No. It reads public posts and reports what it found. Drafts it prepares sit in the review queue until a person approves them.
Which plans include Launch Planner?
Growth and Enterprise. Starter does not include launch windows.
