Agentic Social Listening
Agentic Social Listening is the central queue inside EarShots. It tracks every public mention of your product across GitHub, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Hacker News, package registries, and the wider web. Each post is automatically sorted as a question, friction point, buying signal, praise, or muted, paired with a drafted response whenever one makes sense. From this single dashboard, technical marketing, product, and sales teams can jump straight into the conversation.

Still can't figure out the OAuth callback. The docs say auto-redirect, but it 404s every time. Am I missing a setting?
Draft grounded in your docs
Check that the registered redirect URI exactly matches the URL your app sends, including the scheme, host, port, and trailing slash. The callback should point to your app's /auth/callback path, not the site root.
Ears sorts every public mention into a track by intent and sentiment. Each track goes to the team that can act on it, with the post, the context and a draft ready for review. Nothing is posted without a person approving it.

Buying signals · Sales and founders
Posts asking for alternatives, pricing or limits are flagged as they appear, with the thread context your team needs to respond.
Friction · Product and support
Complaints scattered across threads are grouped into one pattern with a count and sentiment, linked back to every post behind it.
Praise · Technical marketing
See the language developers use when they recommend you, and catch outdated claims so you can correct them with sources.
What you see
Counts for questions, friction, buying signals, praise, and muted, plus the line that decided each classification.
The post, the drafted reply, the documentation passage it cites, and one button: copy and open the thread.
How it works
EarShots reads the post, decides its track, and shows the line that decided it. For questions and friction it searches your sources, writes a reply, and cites the passage. Muted items carry a reason: wrong entity, directory, round-up, status page, job post, or off-topic, and unmute in one tap.
