Pricing questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Not today. You can start on Starter, see the queue with your own sources in it, and change plans from billing at any time.
- Can I change plans mid-month?
- Yes. Plans are monthly. Changing a plan takes effect from your next billing cycle.
- What counts as a tracked product?
- A product name, its packages, and its documentation domain. Each tracked product is one listening post.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Pricing is set by tracked products and channels. Starter and Growth each include one workspace with a set number of seats; Enterprise includes unlimited workspaces and seats.
- What is on the Enterprise plan?
- Unlimited listening posts and workspaces, hourly pulls, priority triage, and Competitor Signal for every workspace. See /enterprise for the full list.
- Does EarShots post replies automatically?
- No. EarShots copies the reviewed reply and opens the original post. A person sends it there.
