EarShots product walkthrough.

This 73 second video shows how EarShots listens to developer conversation, sorts it into Questions, Friction, Buying, and Praise, tracks the prompts buyers type into AI search engines, and drafts documentation-grounded replies that a person approves before anything is posted.

What the video shows, section by section.

Where the listening happens.

EarShots reads developer conversation on GitHub, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and the open web, plus the places coding agents look when they decide what to recommend. Every post lands in one queue.

How posts get sorted.

Each mention is filed as a question, friction, a buying signal, praise, or muted noise. The grouping tells a team what needs a reply today and what is just chatter.

The AEO and GEO prompt universe.

A workspace tracks a fixed set of prompts that buyers type into AI search engines. The video shows the prompt universe board with prompt themes, mention rate, and citation rate for the tracked prompts.

Ground Truth before anyone replies.

For questions and friction, the agent searches connected sources, writes a draft, and shows the passage it used. A person checks the facts, edits or discards the draft, and posts it from the original thread. Nothing is auto-posted.

Competitor Signal and measurement.

The video closes on competitor comparisons, MCP and CLI access, and the reports that track sentiment, citation share, and time to reply.
