# EarShots AI-search review toolkit

Blank working templates for the four-article series. Copy the relevant record for each decision. These are original editorial templates, not proprietary study results or an automated product feature.

Keep exact source records separate from hypotheses. Label hypothetical examples, record missing fields as unavailable, and retain failed requests when calculating the size of a test set. Do not put confidential customer information into a public copy.

## Worked report to check your calculations

The attribution guide’s fictional example has 500 assistant sessions and 20 distinct sessions with a completed registration: 20/500 = 4.0%. Its entry groups are documentation (300 sessions, 12 completions), product/pricing (150, 8) and login/account (50, 0). The total uses counts, not the average of the three row rates.

Keep the event name, session-channel dimension, filter, timezone, date range and grouping rule alongside your own calculation. Distinguish event totals from sessions with the event. Refer to the completed audit, publisher brief and content assignment in the guides before filling the corresponding blank record.

## Close the review

Record the proposed action, owner, due date, independent acceptance condition and follow-up date. Verify the actual change before interpreting later answer or traffic observations. An unresolved cause can remain unresolved.
